Looking back on 2019

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me on this journey. In April, I decided to start my own business after about a year of not being able to find a steady job that I could grow with. The idea of going into my own business was both scary and exhilarating. Now, at the end of this first year, I am so glad I went for it.


The Journey so far.

This year, I came up with my business concept, wrote out my business plan and got things organized. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and started telling everyone about my business. I told friends, family, coworkers, and strangers. I attended live events and networked to gain new skills and expand my personal network. Virtually Keisha started off with three package options and has now grown to nine with one more on the way. I’ve expanded on the types of services I can provide and continue to grow and learn in my field to provide my customers with better service.

It’s been a lot of hard work. I’ve started, paused, but never stopped on my journey. I appreciate all my clients from this year and all the mentors I have found.

Goals for 2020

I can’t spill it all, but I’m putting together an independent website design and care package. I’m working on taking my website design skills and expanding them into an independent package. As well as creating a monthly maintenance care plan to help with security, bugs, analytics and marketing strategies.

I’m excited for what the future holds and hope you all have a happy and safe holiday season.

Hello everybody!

I am so excited. I have been grinding it out to get this new site up and running and I can't wait to get back to helping other entrepreneurs get organized and grow their business. They say that life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% how you handle it. For me, this week is proof of that. I had distractions left and right from plumbing issues to severe weather to preparing for family to visit and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing. However, the idea for this business was two years in the making and I knew that no matter what there was no way I was going to let myself down by not finishing what I started.

This journey taught me that you can't just tell people about your dreams, you need to show them. Enthusiasm is contagious. Getting other people fired up about what you are doing pushes you to strive even harder to your goals.

It's time to change our mindsets to change our lives.
