"You are the greatest.
You are the best and the coolest.
You surprise us every single day.
This is not a test.
Do not adjust your settings.
You have nothing to prove.
There's no one to thank but yourself.
The rest of the day, and your life, are on me.
Turn your head for a minute and look back at everything you've worked so hard and accomplished. Stop with the negativity and focus on what more you can do. Yes, it may seem like the work you've done is meaningless, or is not enough comparing to others who have done so much more. When you start learning to NEVER compare yourself with the work of others, you may start you live your life. You or no one else have endured the same challenges so it is unnecessary to compare your progress with others. Everyone's situation is different and just like you compare yourself to others who are more successful, many others are probably comparing themselves to you looking on how YOU are more successful than them. It is a cycle and it is not uncommon to feel this way. Many do the exact thing when it comes to comparing their lives with others. Just a big waste of time with increased negativity.
It is important to learn to focus on your own progress, your own growth and your own journey to life. Everyone faces their own challenges, their own struggles, but also their own success when it comes to accomplishing something great. So if time is needed to get accomplish greatness, who are you to fight what the Universe needs from you? Everything is set up for you in a way that you will end up in the right path because of your passion for what you do, and not because you look at things as a task or a thing to do, but mostly because you love what you are doing. When the Universe sees that, many doors will open for you to experience greatness.

Studies have demonstrated that effective ambitious people have these aspects:
This is that supernatural force of having trust in oneself and in one's forces and capabilities.
2. Accomplishment Oriented
Effects are picked up by centered and supported exertion. They focus on accomplishing a particular objective, not simply achieving a string of disconnected errands.
3. Hazard Taker
They understand that there is a natural possibility of misfortune in accomplishing their objectives, yet they possess the inner certainty necessary to go for broke to attain their objectives.
Business visionaries are individuals who will decide, make a move, and believe that they can control their predeterminations. They are frequently spurred by a spirit of freedom which leads them to accept that their prosperity relies upon crude exertion and diligent work, not just good fortune.
So which of these three principle qualities is the most vital? Accept it or not, it must be self-assurance. Without fearlessness, nothing else is conceivable. In the event that you don't put stock in your capabilities, then the first test that emerges may thump you off the way to accomplishing your objectives. Here are a couple of things to remember to become more fearless.
Everything begins with an inspirational mentality, right? Accepting that something great will happen is the first step. Negative thinking is not permitted. You should genuinely accept that there are no circumstances solid enough to discourage you from arriving at your objectives. Keep in mind too, that positive speculation could be infectious. At the point when positive intuition spreads, it can open ways to new thoughts, clients, companions, and so forth.
Positive thinking and having confidence is futile if not connected towards an objective. You need to make a move, no excuses are permitted. This activity should additionally be tenacious. Attempting once and afterward surrendering is not going to be sufficient. Keep at it one stage at a time. On the off chance that you can't get by a certain step, then seek a new point of view or approach or a way to go around it.
You should have the ability to look ahead and see where you desire to be. Presently, simply keep up a solid faith in yourself and your aptitudes, remain faithful to it, and don't surrender. If you can do that, you are half way there!

Here are 5 qualities of an entrepreneur;
1. "Failure" does NOT exist in their dictionary
There are no failures in an entrepreneur's dictionary, only new lessons to be learnt and mistakes to be avoided in the future.
Every stumbling block is but a challenge and therefore, there is no need to give up. They may change their direction and their methods, but an entrepreneur's aim and passion never dies.
Entrepreneurs have to use their creativity constantly to innovate and conjour up new services and products, in order to provide value to customers in their targeted market while learning to distinguish themselves from existing competitors.
Entrepreneurs are a curious bunch as they are motivated by their need to serve and provide value, and they do this by maximizing their creativity.
3. Enjoys networking
Entrepreneurs love to network and get to know more people who share similar interest and passion. Some of them like to share their passion and views on a larger scale by giving talks too.
It is no longer an issue of being an introvert or an extrovert. Both personalities make great entrepreneurs by working in vastly different ways that suit their style. Ultimately, both personalities enjoy meeting people with similar interest. Also, they are willing to learn from others.
Entrepreneurs know the value of knowledge and are always willing to meet people whom they are able to learn from. They also recognize that working with these people will allow them to serve their customers better.
4. Love to read
Riding off the previous point, entrepreneurs love to learn and expose themselves to new ideas. Entrepreneurs read a wide range of topics. They typically read anything that captures their interest and allows them to learn more and improve themselves. Entrepreneurs recognize the importance of consistent learning and self-development.
5. Acts fast
Entrepreneurs tend not to procrastinate. In fact, procrastination is the GREATEST enemy of an entrepreneur. Getting things DONE is one of the key qualities of an entrepreneurs, and that is the main reason they succeed. No one succeeds by brainstorming ideas in their bedroom, without implementing those ideas. Ideas remain a fantasy and a theory, until they are put into action.
By acting fast, entrepreneurs also ensure that they are able to capture a greater market share before their competitors step in.
Do you possess these qualities? Are you working towards your goals and dreams?

"Starting something is the best way to finish something.
And just doing a teeny, tiny something today, anything, from wherever you are, is the best way to start something.
I'm not just a client,
The journey of a thousand miles start always with the first step. You can't accomplish anything if you haven't started moving towards your goal. Effort is required and something can be difficult for many who are afraid of making effort. Many do the bare minimum but yet complain that they don't see great results. You reap what you sow and that applies with everything in life. Nothing will come easy, as if it did, every body would do it.
You need to be different and think outside the box at times, even get out of your comfort zone. Great things will happen when you put in the time and energy to work towards making difficult changes in your life. Believe me, I speak with lots of experience.
So, where to start this journey you may ask? Well, make sure you write down what you want to accomplish, or create, or achieve. Once you have all of it in paper, determine what is needed to get things done. Always focus on the big picture and do not allow yourself to get intimidated by your dreams, even if they are very scary, in the good way. Face your fears and always come up with better solutions to what you want to do.
Baby steps are required to appease the hurdles you will face all through your journey to happiness. Once you've mastered crawling, you can start walking and to finally running towards your destination. Be careful though as you may also fall and hurt yourself at times, but this is a part of what we call life. Without failures, you will never learn anything. If you don't learn, you mind will stagnate and nothing will have any meaning. You want to avoid that at all cost.
If the path you are in isn't the right one, turn back and find the one that works best for you. Until then, I will see you at the destination. I am sure I will reach my goals. Why don't you?

Imagine suiting up to run a marathon without having practiced, without knowing your ideal pace, without getting your body (and mind) in shape for the grueling trek. Preparing for business growth is much like preparing for a marathon. There are exercises and scheduled training that you must implement if you want to make it past the finish line.
Yet, many entrepreneurs treat their business growth like a race. The first few minutes of that race they're in the lead, running at a brisk and solid pace. Then, suddenly, everything changes...
Their pace begins to taper, they become winded and might even feel a little queasy in the stomach. The finish line seems out of reach.
If you are racing to the finish line of success in your business, understand that you are more likely to 'win' if you train and prepare yourself for growth:
Set Your Schedule:
All athletes, and successful business owners are adept at setting goals. I know, I know, you've heard all about goal setting.
What you may not have heard is as simple as this...
If you don't know what the finish line looks like, you won't know when you get there. And, when you do get there you won't know when you've lost it.
A clear plan, outlining what the finish line looks like for you ensures that you get there and stay there.
Know your Time:
There is no such thing as an 'overnight success'. The most successful people you know worked steadily to achieve luminary status. They invested in honing their craft and finessing their process or system down pat.
Make no doubt about it, when you're introduced to a hugely successful person, their success was an evolution. This evolution is a symbol of their well-practiced, well timed, pace.
Be satisfied with your results, no matter the size. When you are unhappy with your results, it is usually not because you're not doing your best but because you're comparing yourself against someone else's time.
Carry the Right Gear:
Are you guilty of wanting to run in someone else's lane? Did you know that the person you compare yourself against has developed skills and talents that qualify them to be in that lane?
What about you? What are you investing to run in a different lane?
You see, if you aren't investing in learning new skills, strategies and tactics, you will continue to get the same results and place yourself in a constant state of yearning.
Stop comparing! Instead, arm yourself with the right gear. In your business, this means being a student of business - a student of learning.
During a recent interview, a multi-million dollar female entrepreneur shared that she invests a minimum of thirty thousand dollars a year on her personal and professional development.
Why so much? Because she understands that to run in the fast lane, she needs to be armed with the right information, the right tools, and the right gear.
Select Your Marathon Companions:
Your skills and stamina will be put to the test during the business growth marathon.
If you're a solo professional, you may not find yourself in a position to have a 'stand-in' grow your business for you. You can however, surround yourself with an all-star support team.
You can't experience big business growth all by yourself. To prepare for your growth, you'll need to identify top talent. It's this support team that will oversee those duties and responsibilities that can take your focus away from your training.
Just imagine how much lighter you'll feel running in your lane when you have a support team taking care of the day-to-day operations - leaving you with more time to concentrate on business building activity.
Don't Skip Mental Training:
You may feel you're getting into the last stages of your marathon feeling unprepared and fearing failure. Taking care of yourself (mind, body and spirit) will give you fuel to 'gut it out' but in the end, its your will that pushes you over the finish line.
I'm often asked why I write, speak and teach so heavily on the topic of mindset and personal development. That is because in the end, no matter what race or marathon you're running it's your mental toughness that carries you through.
Don't run against others. Run with the voice within you...the voice that suggests your purpose and passion not anyone else's.
